Estimates of cumulative risk of developing colorectal cancer from age 40 to 75 y defined by the HLS [HLS1 (A) and HLS2 (B)] and PRS among cohort members who reported not having received any bowel screening in the UK Biobank. Cumulative risk was adjusted for age at enrollment, sex, education, Townsend deprivation index, family history, top 5 principal components for ancestry, genotyping batch, and birth cohort. To estimate the RERI, the healthiest HLS and the lowest genetic risk (low PRS) groups were used as the reference.
