Mice were vaccinated with NAV in PBS, NAV in DPBS, and PBS control on days 0 and 28 and challenged with 10⁵ TCID₅₀ A/Bethesda/MM2/2009 (H1N1) on day 56. Pulmonary viral loads on day 3 (a) and day 6 (b) (n = 5 at each time point) after challenge were assessed by PCR. Points represent viral loads of individual mice and error bars represent means with standard deviations. ANOVA and post-hoc Tukey test were performed where *p < 0.0001.
