Quantitative trait loci (QTL) identified for grain protein concentration (GPC) in the Pelissier × Strongfield population in each environment using GPC values and conditional mapping, and using best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP) values across eight environments, the marker at the peak LOD, peak LOD value, the additive effect, R2, and interval in which the LOD score dropped by 2 points from the peak LOD value.
