Ara‐C treatment elevates DANCR expression in human AML cells. (A–D) Human AML cell line HL60 (A), U937 (B), and KG1a (C) and four lines of primary AML cells from newly diagnosed patients (denoted as AML #1, AML #2, AML #3, and AML #4) (D) were treated with increasing concentrations of Ara‐C as indicated for 24 h. The expression of DANCR was determined by qRT‐PCR analysis. β‐Actin was used as an endogenous control. The results are expressed as relative to vehicle treatment.
