Inhibition of Bcl-2 proteins and survivin. (A) Tu212 and (B) SqCCy1 cells were treated with the indicated doses of EGCG, resveratrol and their combination. Expression of MCL-1 and survivin was examined in total cell lysates. Findings were confirmed by 2 or 3 repeats with almost similar experimental design (variation in dose and treatment time).
