Figure 8. — DLD-1 and HCT116^wt cells were treated with or without PRI after transfection with control or Noxa siRNA. Western blotting revealed a reduced expression of Noxa following treatment with Noxa-siRNA. Additionally, LC3-II and p62 expression was decreased and increased respectively in HCT116^wt cells after transfection with Noxa siRNA. However, decreased LC3-II levels were not demonstrated in the DLD-1 cell line. LC3-II and p62 levels were normalized to that of β-actin. Data are presented as the mean + SEM (n=3). **P<0.01.
