Summary of all phosphorylation sites identified in this study. Quantitative, SILAC and mass spectrometry-based analysis of global TOR and nitrogen-controlled signalling in fission yeast. A total of 8077 phosphorylation sites were identified with a localization probability of greater than 0.75 on 1920 unique fission yeast proteins. The number of specific phosphorylation sites and proteins identified for each perturbation is listed.
