TIIA improves cardiac dysfunction in rats with MI-induced heart failure. TIIA treatment improved the decreases of LV EF, FS, LVSP and the LV ± dp/dtmax and the increases of LVVS, LVVD, LVESD and LVEDD in MI rats.
