(A) The pre-contrast scan shows high attenuation (60 Hounsfield units) in the right large component (arrow) and slightly lower attenuation (27 Hounsfield units) in the left small component (arrowhead). (B) The right component shows peripheral nodular enhancement in the arterial phase. (C) The right component shows progressive but incomplete enhancement in the delayed phase.
