Non-ESBL-plasmids are labelled in black. For the traY gene of the IncI plasmids, we indicate whether the gene found corresponds to the version carried by IncI1 or IncIγ plasmids (white text in B). Plasmid p6A_IncI/IncF is shown on both A and B, but only the IncI1 transfer system is complete.
