The model considered three groups (REF, EXP, and PLANTED), with REF considered as the reference group, and the weighted least-cost distances (in m) to the North-East, North-West, South-East and South-West refuges (DistNE, DistNW, DistSE, DistSW, respectively). We show the results of the most parsimonious model: its adjusted R², its p-value, and the type III sum of squares (SSQ) and degree of freedom (df) associated to each term. For each predictor, we give the estimate of its effect, the standard error (SE) and associated t- and p-value. Variance inflation factors (VIF) were computed with R package CAR.

The response variables (He, Ar, Bwt etc...) were highlighted in bold just for aesthetic reasons. (these bold values also correspond to separation lines in the table).
