In vitro effects of diclofenac on the proliferation of human breast cancer cell lines. The TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-231 (A) and HCC1937 (B) and the non-TNBC cell line MCF-7 (C) were incubated with different concentrations (0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 mM) of diclofenac, and proliferation was assessed at 5 time points. The results are presented as the mean ± SD of the results from 3 independent experiments. *P<0.05 vs. the control group. TNBC, triple-negative breast cancer.
