BBD abolishes IL-6 and TNF-α production after optimized TLR1/2 and TLR3 dual activation of Raw264.7 macrophages. (A) Raw 264.7 cells were grown on 12-well plates and incubated with different combinations of Poly(I:C) and Pam3CSK4 for 24 h. Supernatants were collected, and TNF-α and IL-6 concentrations were determined using the corresponding ELISA kits. (B) Raw 264.7 cells were grown on 6-well plates and incubated with 1 mg/mL of BBD for 24 h, and this was followed by treatment with a combination of Poly(I:C) (10 μg/mL) and Pam3CSK4 (100 ng/mL) for 8 h.
