Consequence of ACOX2 knockdown via siRNA on triglyceride accumulation. HepaRG cells were transfected twice in an interval of 24 h with siRNA for ACOX2, or with negative control siRNA. 24 h after the second transfection, 72 h of incubation with DIF were started and the AdipoRed assay was conducted at the end of the incubation period.
