MKKs are divided into four clades (A–D). Sequence features show in the form of web logos representing the NTF-2 domain conserved in the C-terminal extensions of MKK3s. Web logos analysis shows amino acid distribution of conserved S/T-X₅-S/T motif in MKKs (groups A–C) and the docking site conserved in N-terminal extension of MKKs.
