A, Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis of Slc2a1 (Glut1) expression after 2 days of polarization demonstrates increased expression of Slc2a1 in MΦLPS, consistent with their increased 3H-2-deoxyglucose uptake.
