Study group and inclusion criteria. Four groups were included; ATB, patients diagnosed active tuberculosis; P-LTBI, patients with immunosuppressive status diagnosed latent tuberculosis infection; H-LTBI, Healthy controls with diagnosed latent tuberculosis infection; HC, healthy control individuals with minimal risk to tuberculosis (TB) exposure.
