Cell yield at P0 (A), time required for ASCs reach to 80% confluency at P0 (B) and population doubling time (C). No significant differences were detected in cell yield and population doubling time among ASCs isolated from three of the fat sources. Isolated ASCs from infrapatellar fat required shorter time to reach 80% of confluency compared to two other sources. All graphs show mean measurements ± SEM.
