Antifungal activity of cell-free supernatant fractions of RHFS10. (A) 72-CFS was size-fractionated using 10, 30 kDa and, 50 kDa cutoff spin columns, and the obtained fractions were tested against M. phaseolina. The results obtained with fractions <10 (1), >10 (2), <50 (3) and >50 kDa (4) are reported.
