A conditioning medium primes the immunomodulatory capacity of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs). Quantification of immunosuppressive molecules and abundance of extracellular vesicles (EVs) released by telomerase-expressing MSCs conditioned (MSC-Tc) or not (MSC-T) with pro-inflammatory cytokines for 48 h.
