The efficacy of a ferulic acid and Rosi treatment on adipokines secretion in 3T3-L1 adipocytes on day 8, as assessed with a commercial ELISA kit. The concentrations of leptin, irisin, and chemerin secretory proteins in the cell-free media of 3T3-L1 cells treated with/without FA were measured.
