The percentage of isolates resistant to other antibiotics, were calculated from the sum of isolates conferring resistance to gentamicin, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, cefoxitin, ceftiofur, ceftriaxone, azithromycin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, nalidixic acid, and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole respectively.
