Effects of PAM-treated A375 lysates on phenotypic properties of DCs. Immature DCs differentiated for 4 days in the presence of GM-CSF/IL-4, were treated with the A375 lysate or the PAM-A375 lysate at 1:1 A375: DCs ratio, and after 4 h they were stimulated with LPS/IFN-γ or not, for the next 16 h.
