IgG-inducing activity of CF4-C12L and its derivatives. (A) Chemical structures of CF4-C12L derivatives used for immunization experiments. The ceramide mimetic C182L is composed of C18-phytosphingosine and lignoceric acid. The ceramide mimetic is bound to the oligosaccharide via a β-linkage.
