Fig. 5 — Lipidomics confirmed that the production of ALOX15-dependent lipid metabolites was suppressed in Alox15^−/− CKD kidneys. 14-HDoHE, 17-HDoHE, and 15-HEPE, which are ALOX15-dependent lipid metabolites, were significantly increased in WT CKD kidneys (P = 0.0018, 0.0008, < 0.0001 respectively). The increase was suppressed in Alox15^−/− mice. The number of samples is as follows: sham (WT), n = 6, sham (KO), n = 6, Nx (WT), n = 4, Nx (KO), n = 4. Values are mean ± SEM. One-way analysis of variance was followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test, *P < 0.05
