HROC277 (a), HROC285 (b), HROC370 (c) and HROC374 (d) cells were incubated with sham, 6.25 µM oxaliplatin (OXA), 5 mg/mL PRIVIGEN® IgG, 5 mg/mL Tonglu® IgG (e), 100 ng/mL IgG1 (f) or OXA in combination with IgG for 48 h. In all, 6.25 µM OXA significantly induced cell death, when compared to sham-treated cells. In the combinatorial therapy, a significant decrease in this OXA-triggered cell death was observed. The P-values were determined by Mann–Whitney U test. N = 11 for d; N = 6 for (a), (b) and (c); N = 5 for (e) and (f).
