Effect of Allicin on the ratio of the I_Na,L/I_Na,P and the cellular distribution of the Nav1.5 channel protein on the plasma membrane. (A) The incremental ratio of the I_Na,L/I_Na,P of the ΔKPQ-SCN5A mutation current was decreased from 0.94% ± 0.04% to 0.32% ± 0.02% under the effect of 30 μM Allicin, which was close to the WT.
