Compound 31 normalizes EEG phentotype in Kcnt1L/L mice without affecting spontaneous locomotor activity. Acute administration of compound 31 (30 mg/kg, SC) decreased interictal spike frequency (A) and decreased mean number of seizures (B) in Kcnt1L/L mice.
