(A) Immunofluorescence images of Cav1 (red), integrin β1 (green) and DAPI (blue) in AFCs transfected with (Group of Overexpression) or without (Group of Ctrl) pEX4-Cav1 and pcDNA3.1-Integrin β1 plasmids. Co-IP assays were performed in AFCs transfected with pEX4-Cav1 (B) or pcDNA3.1-Integrin β1 (C) plasmids. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with either IgG, anti-Cav1 or anti-integrin β1 antibody and immunoblotted with indicated antibodies.
