Bcl11b KO MAIT cells fail to expand and produce IL17A during Salmonella infection but have elevated granzyme levels
In all experiments Bcl11bF/F/PLZFcre and control mice were infected with 106 cfu of Salmonella enterica ser. Typhimurium BRD509 (Salmonella BRD509) intranasally. Mice were euthanized on day 7 post infection.
