Anoxic tissue volume percentages of endocrine spheroids (representative size range and OCR) cultured on perfluorosilane/PDMS constructs in the presence of physiological pO2 (95 mmHg). Anoxia is minimal in all but the largest aggregate size at the highest oxygen consumption rates.
