Operons for xeneprotides, bicornutin, ambactin, taxlllaid and luminmide were also detected by antiSMASH, but was not identified in the crude extracts. The gray hashed bars indicate detected secondary metabolite products related to the expression of these genes (refer to Table 3). The clear bars indicate other putative operons identified in the whole genome.
