Dnmt3b^fl/flSpC^Cre and control Dnmt3b^fl/fl mice were infected with PAK (5 x 10⁶ CFU) intranasally. CXCL1, CXCL5 and CCL20 were determined in BALF harvested after 6 or 24 hours (A). Neutrophil counts (B), MPO (C) and bacterial counts (D) in BALF were determined. Data are presented as means ± SEM of 8 mice per group at each time point.
