Figure 1. Identified completeness by specimen types in women with invasive breast cancer. Different tumour features were used for the evaluation of completeness of histopathology report in biopsy and surgical specimen subtypes. By iteratively adding tumour features, the percentage of completeness was changed. (a): Biopsy specimens: a total of five clinically relevant tumour features were considered for biopsy specimens: laterality, tumour histology, tumour grade, ER/PR and HER2. (b): Surgical specimens: a total of seven tumour features were considered for surgical specimens: laterality, tumour histology, tumour size, tumour grade, lymph node involvement, ER/PR and HER2.
