Table B:

Demographic and clinical characteristics of the subset of patients with MRI data. The p-values for the group differences in this subset were from ANOVA analyses, except the sex ratio, where a chi-squared test was used. Linear regression models (all measures but the sex ratio) were used to compare this subset and the remaining dataset to the grand mean of the entire data using the sum coding method. We reported the models’ estimated coefficients (β), t-statistics, and p-values. A chi-squared test (sex ratio) was used for the comparisons of this subset to the remaining dataset. MMSE: Mini Mental State Exam; BNT: Boston Naming Test; PPT: Pyramids and Palm Trees Test; F: females; M: males.
