LINC00941 promoted angiogenesis through miR-877-3p/VEGFA axis. A549 and NCI-1299 cells (stably expressed LINC00941) were transfected with miR-877-3p or si-VEGFA. (A) The transfection efficiency of miR-877-3p or si-VEGFA was detected using qRT-PCR. HUVECs were cultured with supernatant of A549 and NCI-1299 after transfection. (B) MTT assay used to detect proliferation of HUVECs. (C) Tube formation assay was to test angiogenesis in HUVECs. Scale bar, 100 μm. (D) Transwell assay was to examine invasion of HUVECs.
