Exosomal miR-3682-3p downregulated the expression of ANGPT1. (A) There were two potential binding sites for miR-3682-3p in the ANGPT1 transcript within its 3′–UTR (position 852-859 and 2321-2328). (B) The protein levels of ANGPT1 were determined by western blot. (C) ANGPT1 mRNA expression in hepatocellular carcinoma patients from the TCGA database.
