Arterial spin labeling perfusion magnetic resonance images showed reduced relative cerebral blood flow in the left cerebellum (A) and the right thalamus (B, arrow). On fluid-attenuated inversion recovery images, the cerebellum (C) and the thalami (D) were unremarkable.
