The HD prior used in the ADX-tree*^a. setting with the proportion of genetic to phenotypic variance $p_{\frac{\mathrm{g}}{\mathrm{g}+\mathrm{e}}}$, additive to genetic variance $p_{\frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{g}}}$, and dominance to nonadditive variance $p_{\frac{\mathrm{d}}{\mathrm{d}+\mathrm{x}}}$. We use $R_{\frac{\mathrm{g}}{\mathrm{g}+\mathrm{e}}}=0.25,\hspace{0.17em}{R}_{\frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{g}}}=0.85$, and $R_{\frac{\mathrm{d}}{\mathrm{d}+\mathrm{x}}}=0.67$. This is a dataset specific prior.
