The HD prior used in the AD-tree*^a setting with the proportion of genetic to phenotypic variance $p_{\frac{\mathrm{g}}{\mathrm{g}+\mathrm{e}}}$ and additive to genetic variance $p_{\frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{g}}}$. We use $R_{\frac{\mathrm{g}}{\mathrm{g}+\mathrm{e}}}=0.25$ and $R_{\frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{g}}}=0.85$. This is a dataset specific prior.
