Kaplan-Meier curves of survival differences in patients with or without mutations in certain DDR pathways. OS in four of the DDR pathways showed significant differences between the mutated and wildtype patients: BER, FA, HRR and MMR. The patients carrying mutations in these four pathways are statistically having shorter OS and thus poorer prognosis than the wildtype ones. DFS in patients with or without mutations in the above pathways showed no significant difference, except for the FA pathway. The curves of other pathways without any significance in results are attached in Supplementary Figure 3 .
