Extended Data Fig. 4 — We compare average scores per country from our learning data for primary school from 2000 to 2010 to the LINCS project which uses IRT methods to link test score data. IRT methods are used to create scores for the underlying international and regional assessments used. The LINCS project produces scores on a globally comparable scale for primary school scores⁴⁰.
