Fig. 4 — For enrichment assays, dose–response and IC₅₀ plot for carboplatin + chloroxine (10 μM) were determined in media enriched with CuCl₂ (10 μM) for 48 h, in A OVCAR4 and B Ov4Carbo cells. Cell viability was determined using CellTiter-Glo^®. IC₅₀ was calculated using GraphPad Prism v.8.3.0. Mean ± s.d, n = 3, group analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with post hoc Kruskal–Wallis test, *P < 0.05, ns not significant.
