  LVMI ≥ 115 g/m2 (males) and ≥ 95 g/m2 (females)
  E/E′ ≥ 13
  Mean E’ septal and lateral wall < 9 cm/s.
 Right ventricular dysfunction or increase pulmonary artery pressure
