Effect of melatonin with/without salt stress on relative water content in green mustard seedlings. The results were calculated from data for 4 (4DAT) and 8 (8DAT) days. Treatment: control + water, control + 1 μM melatonin, 150 mM salt pre-treatment + water, 150 mM salt pre-treatment + 1 μM melatonin. Values show the means ± SE (n = 3).
