Sirtinol and mitotane display synergistic inhibitory effects on adrenocortical cancer cell growth. H295R (A) and SW13 (C) cells were left untreated (basal) or treated with sirtinol (40 μmol/L) and mitotane alone (10 μmol/L) or in combination for 72 h.
