GST pull-down assays were performed with recombinant Gst-tagged MKRN3 and His6-tagged PABPC1, PABPC3, PABPC4 or PABPC5. The recovered Gst tagged proteins were resolved in SDS-PAGE and visualized with Commassie Blue gel staining, while the PABP proteins were detected by immunoblotting with anti-His antibody.
