XBP1 silencing suppresses cell proliferation ability of ESCC cells in vitro and in vivo. (A and B) Eca109 and KYSE150 cells were transfected with si-NC or si-XBP1. (A) Cell proliferation curve was generated via MTT assay to analyze cell proliferation ability. (B) Colony formation assay was performed to evaluate cell proliferation ability. (C) Eca109 or KYSE150 cells stably transfected with sh-NC or sh-XBP1 were injected into the nude mice to build xenograft tumor model.
