Inclusion criteria for cervicogenic dizziness.

  1. Sensation: “lightheadedness or disequilibrium” not “rotatory”;

  2. Onset: gradual, but not acute;

  3. Episode: minutes to hours;

  4. Trigger: neck movement or specific neck position;

  5. Coexistence: neck pain and/or stiffness;

  6. Accompany symptom: headache, shoulder pain, and/or radicular pain occasionally;

  7. Physical examination: palpation for pain and tenderness, limited cervical range of motion;

  8. Intervention: manual therapy, trigger point injection, or nerve block of neck is positive
