Pretreatment with IL-35 neutralizing antibodies prior to CLP or LPS challenge. T cells were isolated from mice spleen, and the frequency of Tregs was subsequently determined by flow cytometry, five mice per time point. A and C were representative dot plots as shown. Either in CLP- or LPS-induced ARDS, ratio of the CD4+/Treg in spleen was decreased gradually after treatment with IL-35 neutralizing antibodies. *p < 0.05 ****p < 0.0001, by the two-way ANOVA followed by LSD multiple comparisons test, compared with the LPS + IgG group.
